Employer eligibility
Compliance, public obligations, workplace and acceptance structure.
We support Japanese employers from eligibility checks and sector-specific requirements through immigration applications, support for SSW(i) workers, notifications and renewals. Immigration procedures and registered support are handled through one point of contact.
*We may file an online application on the same day once all required documents, identity/authorization procedures and substantive checks are complete. This does not guarantee or shorten the Immigration Services Agency's examination period or outcome.
SSW cases require review of the employer, workplace, sector requirements, employment terms, the worker's eligibility and the support framework.
